DevTown is a platform that connects lenders and borrowers together for investment in construction projects. Both type of user will be able to access the system on their mobile devices, in which the borrowers will propose various projects onto the platform with a specific investment amount. The lenders can then browse through a list of projects and choose projects that they select the project that they would like to invest in. The lender that invest in a project is expected to get a return based on the amount they invested in.
